Passed away after a courageous
battle
with Parkinson’s
on Sunday 17th March 2024

and is now at peace.
Aged 77 years. 
Dearly beloved husband
of Jennifer (dec).

Loving Father
of Debra and Lee.

Admired and respected
Father-in-law of Ian.

Cherished grandad of Carlie,
Lachlan, Liam,
Selena, Emma,
and dogs, Maya and Ziggy.

Uncle to many in the UK
who will remember him fondly.

Brother to Colin and Brother-in-law to Val.
Dear friend to all who knew him.

As per Charlie’s wishes,
a private cremation will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations
to Parkinson’s Australia.

would be appreciated.

  2. Charlie was my cousin a friend and a workmate. I remember as a kid looking forward to going to see Bib and our Col. When they lived in Bowesfield hoppy days. He’s always been loved and will never be forgotten. Love you Bib. ❤️❤️

  7. Charlie was truly one of the best, an amazing husband, dad, grandad – one of the most devoted family men I’ve ever known.
    I’ll never forget how unbelievably kind he has been to me over the years.
    Rest easy now Uncle Bib, you’re finally at peace. Back in Jen’s arms forever. Thanks for all the Chinese takeaways, teaching me to drive an automatic – and the fantastic memories.
