We just want to say thank you very much to all involved with Eddie’s funeral. The whole process was done in a very efficient, and caring way. You all made a difficult time more bearable.

I would like to say thank you for your care and support in the farewell of mum. The family is really pleased with the how it all worked out and dad feels it is exactly what mum would have wanted. Tony, we may have seemed vague when you were with us last Tuesday, dad in particular unsure of how simple farewells can be but you set him and us on the perfect path for us.

I am writing with regard to my wife, Joy’s Funeral. I have had time to sit back and reflect on the wonderful service that you gave her and I am writing to thank you so very much for all you did for me and my family.

I do not know of one thing that you could have done any better. The beautiful memorial book was a much appreciated extra and I have looked through it many times with pride.

It was a credit to you to give each of my children a copy of the DVD.

Once again I thank you both for making the most difficult day of my life one that I can look back on with pride and total satisfaction.

Just a quick email to thank you and your staff for facilitating my mother’s funeral. It all went well, it was a beautiful service, thanks for organising the tulips, I have the signature book and my sister the photos and DVDs.  The flowers were beautiful.  The doves were terrific – I am really glad it didn’t hail, as forecast.  Please also thank the women doing the tea and sandwiches.
