Wendy Constance Curryer
died peacefully on
Wednesday 25th September at Salisbury House.
For most of her adult life Wendy lived in
Morrison Road Upper Pakenham.
She loved her home, Ellerslie, adored her animals,
and they adored her in turn.
A passionate rider, winning ribbons at the
Royal Melbourne Show, Wendy was an
active member of the Upper Pakenham Riding Club.
Her family brought two of Wendy’s horses (and a cat)
with them when they migrated to Australia from England.
Fiercely independent, loving a laugh,
stubborn, practical, a hard worker, Wendy embodied
the decent values of a by-gone era,
and although she reached 88 years, she remained young at heart.
Wendy, you’re reunited with those you love.
Ride well in green fields, and be at eternal peace.
We miss you and are glad to have known you.
David, Ken, Ginny, Ian, Sigi, Jutta, Glenda, Cheryl.

A Funeral service for

190 Princes Highway Pakenham on
Wednesday 9th October 2019
commencing at 10:30 a.m.
A private cremation will follow.
