  4. Take with you pride in your achievements of your family but also please take with you heartfelt thanks from all of us who have placed our special needs children in your hands to look after and nurture the way we would at ‘home’. The environment you created for ALL of your students but in particular the way all children no matter what their circumstances are were included, welcomed, loved, encouraged and supported is so rare in other schools and it is all because of you Allan and the amazing teachers you have to
Support you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for my little boys big turn around since starting Cardinia PS and the platform you provided for him to achieve it. As my little girl would say ‘ cya later Mr Strong Arms ‘. You will be very missed and our love goes to Kaye and the family at such a hard time. Tiffany Heckmann
