My Darling,
My choice was for me to go first to
heaven but you chose to go first.
You closed your eyes lying next to me.
We said our goodbyes,
my heart is gone with you my darling.
Love you always, your wife Lily.
Butch won his last race for you when we
departed Queensland and yesterday won again
with you watching down from heaven.
Goodbye mate -Butch.

  3. My beautiful loving Father-in-law. You have been the backbone of your family. I met you in 1985 at the Capalaba Bomber club and remember your big smile. I married your son and began too call you Dad. I received 35 years of your love and strength. You taught me how important family is. I pray everyday that I will grow old with your son and love the way you and mum have all these years. You have seen me laugh and you have seen me cry and we have shared a lot together. I will never forget the love for your children, Rebeca, Karen, Johnny and my Shaun. The love for your grandchildren and great grandchildren. Until you are reunited with your only true love Lilly we all promise to love her and take care of her always. I love you dad forever. Xx
