  15. I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of Wendy’s passing. The way Wendy spoke of her family tells me you all must be devastated. My time spent with Wendy in the classroom revealed her love of basketball, she could always be relied on to supply singlets for our school. Wendy had a love of black jellybeans and Turkish Delight, black cats and Pollywaffles. Wendy had a great sense of humour, she was always great value and will be remembered fondly by many. Fly high lovely lady xx
