Loving grandfather to Michael, David, Jim, Caty, Bronte,
Harry, Thomas, Mathew, Sean, Daniel and Ellie.
Loving great grandfather of Jack.

Requiem Mass for the repose
of the soul for Tom will be offered at
St Patrick’s Catholic Church

142 Princes Highway, Pakenham
(Entry via O’Shannessy Street)
on Fri
day 2nd July 2021
commencing at 11:30 a.m.
A burial will follow
at the Pakenham Cemetery
Thewlis Road Pakenham

 Due to the revised current Government restrictions
there will be a Limited number attending allowed Indoors.
(Please advise the family if you wish to attend)
Additional people will be required to distance Outdoors.
