  8. Our deepest condolences to Trish and Jacqui and families at this very sad time.
Richard once described himself as a journeyman and one of his huge passions was the deep discovery of our human condition. His steadfast support and guidance for all of us who began our own journeys will be very sorely missed.
I will always treasure our time at Esalen, as fellow students at Swinburne and the many years of mateship (and great reds).
Rest in peace wonderful friend and best mate.

a light shining bright even in our mourning.

May you rest in peace, my brother
Your time came and you accepted it gracefully
And you will live as long as we live…
In the memories and feelings of your presence,
and the deliberate way you loved and cared.

  13. Richard and I met during the summer of 1991 when we both volunteered at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York. We remained pen pals and good friends ever since. I am glad that I was able to speak with him on the telephone before his death. He was a very thoughtful, wise, and introspective
person, and I will miss him.
