  11. JD, what can I say. Thank you would be a start, I reckon. You were the best role model for me on how to deal with cancer. With the determination to not let it win and the attitude to always look to the humorous side of things. You had the best stories, and I remember our drives where my sides would hurt from laughing so much. I don’t think I really told you how much it meant the time we spent together. Love ya mate. Hope you are going for a cruise in the sky in your Sandman. Condolences to Kathryn, Amy, Brenton, Louise and Stephen, Family and Friends.
