  2. For Auntie Eva and Cousin John,
I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Johnny was such a kind, smart, handsome man. Wherever I was in the world Uncle John took the time to write to me, this meant so much and I still have cards from him. He will be missed by so many.

  3. I will deeply miss my Uncle John. He meant so much to me and was dearly loved. He was always supportive and caring of me and my family, particularly since my mother, his sister passed away. My Uncle John was a role model of strength, survival, resilience, and love. He loves my Aunt Eva and together they have survived much hardship and tragedy with such dignity. I will always remember him. My, and my family (Steven, Tyrone, Paris) send deep condolences to my Aunt Eva and Cousin John.

  4. I did not know our uncle as well as i would have liked. He carried that beautiful Granc smile that his sisters carried which is what i will always remember. Uncle John will always be remembered as uncle Johnny.
My sincere condolence to Auntie Eva and cousin John.

  7. Uncle Johnny was the only son amongst 5 sisters that’s got to be a whole story in itself. We were so happy to have seen you a few months ago and to be able to have come to say goodbye on Monday. You will be missed by us and my mum (your sister) Katie as you spoke to each other nearly every day. To John and Aunty Eva we are thinking of you stay strong.

  8. I am so sad and sorry to hear the passing of my Grand uncle Johnny .
When my nana passed , the visits to Auntie Eva and Uncle Johnny’s home always made me feel she was still alive, through his stories and recollections.
I will never forget the support I received during my struggling years of trying to breakthrough in journalism , whereby they both listened passionately to my radio broadcasts and sincerely patted me on the back for my efforts during such tough times.
Always hospitable and so amazingly kind and welcoming each time I showed up on the doorstep. Even though you never got to meet my husband and children , your spirit still lives on through my dialogue with them. We send our prayers and condolences . Rest in Peace Dearest Grand Uncle Johnny and now you join again family in the Heavens .
Sending our love and thoughts and prayers

  9. Drago and I send our condolences to you my Aunt Eva and cousin John jr.
Having heard of my uncles passing has been quite difficult to accept , family is everything no matter where situated or how far . When such a loss occurs it’s so striking and confronting to know how to react and accept Such a loss.
It’s such a pity that we are all separated in our reality and functioning lives and lack the ability to find time to stay closer in some way, ( pandemic didn’t help neither). Ultimately though, we still have the strength and fighter skills in our DNA from our grandfathers, grandmothers, mothers, aunties and THE UNCLE Johnny
We send our prayers and May he rest in peace with the family above and beyond . with love Anna and Drago
