To Danielle & family,
My/our great mate Jack, what can I say that will do him justice ? From the time we ran into one another in school right up to this past week, Jack has always been a constant. From school mate, to house mate, to groomsman at each of our weddings, to all round super star.

Thinking of you at this very sad time and sharing in your loss
Many memories of Jack’s early days playing basketball – he was indeed a great point guard. Great times and times we will always hold dear
Gone too soon Always part of our extended family Cherish the memories
Jack was my first leader on the sporting field. He took the time to make sure a young kid was ok and treated me like I belonged. I have never forgotten those early years playing basketball with Jack in Wangaratta, as he helped shape my idea of what a good leader should be. I am grateful and sad at the same time, having never got to tell Jack of this influence.
My deepest condolences and prayers go out to the Trimble family for their loss.

The brave and long fought battle is over and the disease won, but Jack is the victor because he will live on forever in our memories. We had so little time with Jack, but felt we had known him forever. He lived life large. He was easy to love and feel comfortable in his presence. We will always remember his exuberance for life and his love for Dani, Kobe, and Louis. Your American family shares in your grief, but we feel ever so blessed that we had the opportunity and privilege to know and love Jack.
Deepest sympathy to all the families, Jack was a great fella, the most young talented basketball player.
Remembered with a smile, Rest In Peace Jack. Sincere condolences to a lovely family x
Dear Dani, Kobe & Louis, sending our deepest condolences to you at this very sad time.

My heart breaks for you Dan, Kobe, Louis and families. I cannot imagine what you are all going through.
I loved nothing more than when Steve, Mozza and Jack got together. They always went back to being 18 again! I can hear the giggles from the back deck. Having such a laugh and in their inner sanctum comfort zone. Such love, trust and friendship.
Jackson you made everyone feel special.
I will miss your cheeky smile and glorious sense of humour. Your big bear hugs. I will miss seeing Steve so happy, lighter and brighter when you were around. Such a great man. One of the best. We are going to miss you so so much. Gone way too soon. Rest In Peace our beautiful friend until we meet again.
Lots of love Peel xox
To my darling sis, Kobe and Lou,

We will miss his smiling face and welcoming ways and his great laugh and cheeky comments. He will always be a part of us. Who will be there to call Andy Nance at our family gatherings.
Gone way too soon Jack Xxxxx
Dearest Dani, Kobe and Louis
I have only the fondest, happiest memories of Jack – from flowergirling at your wedding, to his focussed basketball tips as a young (but terrible) player and his jovial and happy presence at all the Shannon gatherings. We am so sorry for the loss of such an amazing presence in the family and an even more important part of your family unit. We love you so much. Lots of love, Sam and Dylan <3
Jacko – a quiet, committed (sometimes stubborn) and unsung family hero and friend. I will miss our memories of the good old basketball days, our DAF dealings, our swims, our garden chats and our laughing at the world. You have left behind and given me three amazing people and I will always watch over and support them for you, as will all of us. I feel blessed to have known you for such a very short time in this crazy world and you will always have a very special place in my heart. I live in hope that I will see you again in another place and time.
Deepest sympathies Dani – to you and your family. It’s difficult to appreciate the pain you must feel at the loss of your life partner but the love you had for one another and memories of the good times might slowly, surely ease that pain. Thinking of you all. John and Marilyn Bennie
Our deepest sympathy to the Trimble Family. We loved watching you play basketball Jack. You were a fierce competitor on the court – The Superdecker days were the best.

Dear Danni, Kobe, Louie and extended family.
We feel privileged to have known Jack. He was a fun, kind human being who always treated us so warmly.
Our thoughts are with you all.
Love Netta, Jim, Fergus and Ella
Jack will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by everyone fortunate enough to have shared time with him. Jack always seemed to be ready with a smile and easy conversation. He lived big and loved big. I can’t pass by a bottle of Jack Daniels without recalling the look on his face when he spotted that big bottle of Jack Daniels he found at Costco so many years ago when I last saw you all in the U.S. – I don’t know why that memory has always made me laugh.
Sending you love from deep in the heart of Texas,
Val & Ken

So good with a bball and a funny kid. X
To darling Jack,
One of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of working with. He had nickname for everyone! He was a laugh a minute, but he also a very kind, supportive soul and just joy to be around. Always there with a joke or advice when you needed it. Would chat about anything, from footy, to basketball or the sort of life he wanted to create for Dan and his boys. The world is a poorer place without you, Jack. Never forgotten. Deepest sympathies to Dan, Kobe, Louie- and to the Trimble and Shannon families. Rest peacefully, Jacko.
Love Donna “the Bradman” Watts.
Dear Trimble Family,
We were so very sorry to hear the news about your dear Jack.
Dan – it’s so hard to imagine you facing life without your best mate. You two were the perfect Ying and Yang. Together, you were my sensible, old mates, like having a big brother and sister, that laughed at my youthful stupidity but helped me keep heading in the right direction. You welcomed me into your home when I needed it and I’ll never forget your kindness. I still laugh about the “butter incident” – Jacko was not thrilled with me and he let me know about it!
Boys – if I had to describe your Dad in a few words, I couldn’t do him justice. He was funny, loud, accepting and kind. He gave us all stupid nicknames that stuck. If Jack loved you, he did so with all his heart. I’m so sorry that he won’t be standing beside you as you navigate your way through being adults, but rest assured, he’ll be watching over you and if you turn out to be half the man I knew him to be, you’ll do just fine.
Thinking of you all,
Anne-Maree and Corey Thomson and family.
So sad to hear you have passed on friend we were mates from the start and many fun times were spent with everyone my condolences to the family my thoughts are with you Dani. Rest in peace Jack.
Love Revo and Michelle
