Passed away peacefully
on 19th August 2021 Aged 89 years
Loved husband of Veronica May.
Dearly loved brother of Henk (dec), Cor (dec),
Berdina (dec), Antonius (dec),
Art (dec), Anne, Coby (dec),
George, Joe, Hennie, Ben (dec), Harry, Nic, Herman and Maria.
Dearly loved brother in-law of John, Marie,
Ellie, John, Judy, Maria, and Jack.
Dear and sadly missed Uncle
to all his nieces and nephews.

Loved and always remembered.

Requiem Mass for the repose
of the soul for Jack will be offered
at St Michael’s Catholic Church,
129 High Street Berwick on
Tuesday 31st August 2021
commencing at 10:00 a.m.
A burial will follow at the
Berwick Cemetery

16 Inglis Road, Berwick.

  7. I was so fortunate to have had so many Uncles and Aunties in my life when I was growing up. All of which had an influence on me at one time or another. Uncle Jack was no exception and I will always fondly remember spending time with him on the slowest boat in the world, fishing and cooking the best bacon sandwiches. Life is a journey and I’m lucky to have spent some of mine with him.

  9. The last two weeks has forever cemented in my heart the strength and love that a family brings. I am so proud to be part of such an amazing family that is the Duiker’s. Uncle Jack you always made me feel welcome with your cheeky smile and “G’day.” From the many Sunday’s we visited in Peel St to later years where you and Aunty May were always part of our family celebrations. You were such a wonderful man and I know dad loved you so very much. You will be truly missed. Much love to Aunty May and all of the Duiker family.
