Passed away peacefully
at Killara Hostel, Koo Wee Rup

on 27th August 2020. Aged 98 years.
Late of Caldermeade.
Dearly loved husband of Dulcie (dec).
Loving father and father-inlaw of Joy and Wayne.
Respected Pa of Laura, Janet and Mal, Russell and Leisha.
Great Pa of Jaspar and Quinn; Elise,
Cooper and Jordan;
Lachlan and Angus.

Loved and remembered always.

A private family gathering for Doug
will be held at the Lang Lang Cemetery
McDonalds Track, Lang Lang on
Thursday 3rd September 2020
commencing at 2:00 p.m.

    • We were saddened to hear of Uncle Doug’s passing but what an amazing innings to live to almost 100! A wonderful example of a marvellous generation.
      Take comfort Joy, Wayne and Families remembering all the good times you spent together with a lovely gentle Dad./in law/grandfather.
      Unfortunately we cannot be with you all today to reminisce the happy times when U/Doug/U/Keith payed us farm visits to Alvie when we were growing up as kids.
      Today a celebration of his life with 10 of his near and dear.

    I will be forever grateful to uncle Doug for how much he helped me with the ins and outs of the cattle market . I admired how much knowledge he had and how much people of all ages respected him.

I/we have so many great memories to share and remember and will never forget your guidance when we needed it particularly after the loss of Your brother my Dad(Keith).
