  4. My thoughts are with you Al and Sarah at this very sad time. Helen and I shared an adolescence together, full of teenage adventures. She was the practical one and I loved her sturdiness. This week I found a necklace she gave me for my birthday, age 14, engraved on the back ‘ To my best friend..’ We wove in and out of each others adult lives. There were big gaps. And when we came together, nothing changed, just that same connection with a little more weight of the world and a little more wisdom. I cherish my time with Helen and share your loss. Her huge heart and dedicated love and care for others. My condolences to you. Cathy
