A Graveside Service for Fred
will be held at the Emerald Cemetery,
180 Macclesfield Rd, Avonsleigh 
on Thursday 21st July 2022
commencing at 12.30pm.

A Memorial Service will follow
at David W Bull Pakenham
Funeral Home,
190 Princes Highway, Pakenham
commencing 2.00pm.

  3. How can I describe Freddie. He was a true Aussie battler, a gentleman, a wild man in his youth I’m told. Fred
    had a good sense of humour and he never complained. He was a very good bowler. Fred will be missed at the Berwick Bowling Club. I know I miss him. To Fred’s family please accept my condolences.

    Fred was a fierce & respected competitor on the green & brought his friendly demeanour & quirky sense of humour to the social gatherings off the green.

  10. We were honoured to have known Fred for the last 7 years as his neighbour. We loved the chats, the stories and the history he gave us on the area. He was an absolute gentleman and we loved his caring and passive nature.
    We have missed him over the last year or so since he got sick and moved away, but we are now totally saddened by his passing.

    You were a true gentleman and an absolute Australian legend!
    I will never forget the day you introduced me to the biggest huntsman spider that was a resident in your home!!
    When I saw you many years later you hadn’t aged a-bit and still had the same sense of humour I remembered so fondly from when I visited you as a child.
    You will be missed.
