  9. To Zia, what can I say… I am sad that you died alone and sad that none of us can be at the funeral, unfortunately it is the times. You gave alot of your time to many and to Rosie. I can remember visiting and you and Rosie and you would have your little arguements, in a fun way, it used to be quite entertaining we would all laugh. Usually it was about the tv show or what you had prepared for Rosie for dinner. I will miss the phone conversations we have had as per usual you would be pretty well black and white on different topics. You were you and I am grateful for that. As you would say ” I am not going to change”, your strong independence coming through Eva.
Fly with the angels Eva and be at peace. Love your nieces and nephews in Qld… Anita, Alex, Bruno and Simone.

  10. You were always known as Tanke to us since we were younger! I will always cherish our memories and time spent with you, when we were younger playing games or watching the footy in the lounge room and spending time with you and Rosie. Now that I’m older I have find memories of the baking, cooking and caring for plants tips you always gave me, spending some of my work lunchbreaks at your place having chats and celebrating Christmas and birthdays with you.
Thank you for being like a grandmother to us, loving and treating us like your own and for being a best friend to my mum. You were always caring and selfless, loving, independent and determined. You may be gone now but you will never be forgotten and will always have a special place in our hearts.
    Love always Sarah Bell

  12. So sad to hear today that our neighbour Eva Tanke has passed. We met you 13 years ago, and it was such a safe and good feeling to have you living on the other side of the fence. We will miss your quirky comments and your laughter. Rest In Peace Eva.
