  4. Dear John, Theo, Michelle, Louise and other family members,

Our condolences on the loss of your mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. Aunt Til will remain in our memory as ‘the aunt from Australia’, who always managed to keep in touch with mom and with us. Her drive to be able to mean something to others, including by crocheting blankets, is characteristic of her for me. Now she has found her peace, and I believe she must have been welcomed upstairs by good, loving company!

  13. Dear Oma, you were always there for me when I was sick, you always used to take me on your adventures with meals on wheels & trips to fountain gate shopping centre and every time we went over a speed bump together in the car we would always say “oops a daisy” I’ll never ever forget how caring and honest you were to others especially if they were in need.
Neither time nor distance can lessen a grandmother’s love. I know you will always be with us watching over us all and making sure we all stay on the right path. I love you Oma may you now Rest In Peace
