To Dear Tony, Melissa & team, I just wanted to drop you a line (Or two) to express our grattitude for the funeral of our late husband and father Harry van Galen.
Our family, were very much impressed by the professionalism yet personable approach from the beginning to the end of the funeral process.
On the day, many people made the comment that Jamie and Maurie – our hosts, were personable yet non-intrusive and very professional. So much gratitude goes to these gentlemen with their attention to detail!
Also thank you to Melissa for being so helpful and astute with attention to detail in our handover leading up to the funeral. Your guidance was appreciated. Tony, your communication in keeping us informed diminished any anxiety with the organising process.
I have said to Jaime but wish you all to know,  The gravesite set up was immpeccable with the canopies and chairs to accommodate everyone.
A perfect ending to the service! Thank you.
Finally, with none to little notice to have the funeral organised, your funeral pack is very well set out, answers the questions and is a great guide to the planning of the funeral event. I would highly recommend your company.

Dear Tony,
Thank you so much for arranging the funeral of my mother Marian Tummons. You were always prompt, flexible and courteous in responding to my queries or requests. Nothing was too much trouble. For example, you had already compiled Mum’s photo tribute, when I asked if we could possibly remove one photo and add a different one at the end. It was no problem.
On the day, mum’s funeral and burial were perfect.
The chapel looked lovely, and we see now that the live stream video of her Celebration of Life, is of excellent quality . We ran out of booklets to send to her friends, but of course you are able to print more. The booklets were printed on good quality card and looked beautiful. I’m very grateful to you and your staff as is the whole family, Tony. Please accept our heartfelt thanks.

I felt the need to write a review as I never thanked the staff personally on the day of the funeral, I wish I knew their names but anyway I wanted to say how beautiful they all are, everyone one of them are amazing and caring people. My daughter passed away and from the first contact with the staff to the last, we were looked after, they showed so much respect and kindness. The service was beautiful.
Anyone who sadly needs to have a funeral, look no further than the team here. I have no regrets. I especially want to mention the men who came to my house on the worst day of my life, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you were so gentle with my angel and I will forever remember you for that . xxxxxxx

Tony, we would like to thank you and your staff very much for all the work you did to make Ron’s funeral an amazing event. Everyone who was there commented on what a great job you and your staff did. Truly a 110%% effort. We expected everything to be good, but you far excelled far our expectations. We just have one request if possible.
