Passed away peacefully
at home with family by her side
on Tuesday September 5th 2017.
Aged 65 years.
Dearly loved wife of Peter.
Loving mother of Simon, Kylie, Eli and Tom.
Adored Nanna of Jackson, Eden,
James, Georgia and Matilda.
